Booking
Who are the experiences for?
Anyone weighing a property, investment, home or project in Dubai who wants four perspectives at once: lifestyle, real estate, investment, and design and execution. Most guests are visiting the city or planning a move, purchase or renovation.
How many people can join?
Up to 6 guests for Beyond Breakfast, Beyond Yacht and Beyond Desert at Nara, and up to 4 for Beyond Consultation. All four hosts join every experience, so your group never shares the table with strangers.
Which days and times are available?
Beyond Consultation runs on Thursdays at 3:00 PM. Beyond Breakfast runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM. Beyond Yacht sails on Saturdays at 11:00 AM from Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, and Beyond Desert at Nara runs on Tuesdays and Sundays from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM. All times are Dubai time.
Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes. PAs, advisors and family offices can book under initials or a reference, hold a date for 48 hours and send a payment link to the principal or their finance team. See how it works.
Prices and payment
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in US dollars. 5% UAE VAT is added at checkout and shown separately before you pay.
When do I pay?
In full at the time of booking, by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card through Stripe. Bookings made on someone's behalf can be paid through a secure payment link.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with a tax invoice from Miftah FZCO, which can carry your company name and tax registration number.
Cancellations and credit
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer cash refunds. If you move or cancel in time, the full amount you paid stays with us as credit for a future Beyond experience.
How much notice do I need to give?
At least 48 hours for Beyond Consultation and Beyond Breakfast, and at least 7 days for Beyond Yacht and Beyond Desert at Nara
What if I cancel later than that, or don't attend?
The booking is charged in full and no credit is issued.
How long is my credit valid?
Credit can be used for any Beyond experience within 12 months of the original booking date. If the new experience costs more, you pay the difference.
What if the weather or sea conditions are unsafe?
We move your yacht or desert experience to a new date at no cost.

On the day
How does Beyond Consultation work?
Choose Google Meet or an in-person meeting when booking. We email the meeting details and a calendar file after confirmation.
Where does Beyond Breakfast take place?
At your hotel in Dubai. Tell us the hotel in your private brief and we reserve the table.
Where does the yacht leave from?
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Marina, and it returns to the same marina 2½ hours later. We send directions and timings two days before.
What should I prepare?
After booking you receive a private brief. Share the property, project or decision you want to discuss, plus anything we should know, such as dietary needs.
Discretion and advice
Who sees what I share?
Only the four hosts. We can sign an NDA before your session, and we never discuss clients or their projects publicly.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. Our conversations bring experienced perspectives from four disciplines to help you see a decision clearly. They are not regulated financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Where you need that, we will suggest you speak to a qualified adviser.
